I was a competitive rider at this time, and over 90% of what McCoy did here was completely new and no one else could dream of pulling off at the time. He was young, too, probably only 17 years old in this clip, while Fiola was probably 22 or so. McCoy was riding at another level, even compared to the pros at the time.

I had one of the first Bully's - weird green and black with the florescent plastic bash guard cover. Strange geometry. Snapped it in month, welded it and it was fine frame wise but got rid of it though after permanently bending the stem inside the forks requiring me to cut them off to get them out. Made in china!

You know, I loved Skyway and so did a lot of people. We used to have a bunch of kids who rode TA frames and did flatland on them in town. Little weird but it happened. We all wanted StreetBeat frames though for the longest time until the Haro Masters and Sport Team models in 88 came out. Wow dude, A big 'hi' from a fellow rider, I started to ride back in 1980, my first bike was a Supergoose 2, that cracked and was replaced, my friends and I always dreamed about GT frames and when the Freestyler came out we were blown away, I raced more than freestyle and used a Skyway T/a. I'm shocked to hear that the GT stuff was so bad, never mind. I love these videos but they make me feel so old now ;-) I ride mountainbikes now and the same debates go on. Take care man!!

your on crack. If you knew anything you would know that the GTs were plauged by several bending and cracking problems. The forks were terrible. I would twist those to shit doing smith decades. The pro performers and also has bottom bracket problems tearing away from the rear triangle. That and tearing the head tube off clean if you jumped it significantly. It wasn't that hard. I gave up on GT crap in 1989 after bending a set of bars riding street in a contest after a wall ride.

We want the hearing parents to understand the Deaf child's emotional needs for ASL and whatnot because they have never been Deaf themselves before. They don't understand what is the Human Rights of Deaf people. Thats the issues with their own browning noses as usual. Why didn´t you trim the hoof? There is clearly the beginnings of flare and white line tear at the quarters. The central sulcus could also have been opened out slightly. Was there a reason you didn´t do this? This would/could also explain the horse being ´ouchy´ when ridden as small debris could easily be beginning to enter in those tears. Or is this video just to promote the sale of the poltice?

This hoof is overgrown, overlapped, contracted, and hard dry frogs will split. Never got a shod horse in with this condition. Someone convinced her to ride barefoot. Now she pay's. @semtech30 It's not getting air because of the all the overgrowth, but dryness may contribute. The overgrowth is also causing a lack of circulation not the concussion of being barefoot. There would be an increase in blood flow if concussion were present. So you would remove a frog flap, but you wouldn't remove some sole? The overgrown frog, sole, wall, heel and bar is what's trapping the fungi. The wrapping is stupid because they did not address the cause of the problem.

The correct recipe for chlorine is a 9 to 1 mixture PER MY VET. Put it in a hair dying plastic bottle with a long tube spout so you can put it exactly where you want it. Buy some cheap Clairol Hair dye and keep the bottle. It goes on sale for less than $5.00 regularly. I've pout more Kopertox on the ground with the inadequate pour spout that company has been making for 40 years that I can remember. When the hell is Kopertox gonna make a pour spout that works? Major Duh!

My horse had a case similar to this, but the crack in his frog wasn't that bad. LOL same foot though. We did a epsom salt/badadine/water treatment. Soaked his foot everyday for 15 minutes for a week. Helped a lot too. He went lame from the thrush. Thank you for posting this.

Good advice, however, chlorine will work against new tissue growth as much as the invading fungal and bacterial presence. The dilution of chlorine should be carefully monitored, and can be beneficial, but with continuous use, will prevent healthy soft tissue from repopulating the area. The concept of a clean, dry hoof is a wonderful tenant to live by, but not as simple as it sounds when the property available to keep horses has a high moisture content or already has been populated by bacteria.

Yes...Active Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with several drops of Tea Tree Oil...add a few more drops of Oregano oil and that will help...but the best thing to do is to stop the foot from contracting further and get some good circulation to the back of the foot. That comes from addressing those bars and forward heels and forward toes.

@whoareyou119 Institution allows certain people though. My GF is at an SMC, and she told me normal college ROTC is a joke, and that even an SMC has people and training largely under what the standard SHOULD be and under the acadmy's. If an ROTC cadet at an SMC says so, then it must be the unbiased truth that the academy, atleast, TENDS to put out better officers. I'm not saying it's a perfect law or rule, it's a better average.

@chester14lespaulFAN the board is entirely if they like you or not. And they don't always happen to like good cadets, sometimes, they like BAD cadets, or dislike good cadets. Again, I am certain It is capable of being a great organization, and it may very well be in your area, but my squadron, unfortunately, needs a LOT more guidance, and I haven't the patience with my instructor to try to fix it.

I buy that it CAN, and may where you are, but (Only AB in CAP, because I see accomplishing MUCH less the AFJROTC for me, though there I am a Captain) where I am, I know that it is based off whether the instructor and squad com like you and you pass a test(I realize that higher up more is requred, but it's a similar evaluation style), them liking you helps with CHEATING on the test (they'll give you answers, I am the only person to pass the first test that they liked without cheating) and

@Sasuake1000 Well actually aas a member you should now that you take practical's (drill) and also, once you move into the higher ranks, you take written exams and essays. I beleive CAP is very well capapble of training future cadets of the airforce and airforce academy. My apologies if I am not adressing you by the correct title as I do not know your rank.

CAP also gives incapable 12 year old (as well as older people) undeserved authority and rank, because such a large focus is on passing a multiple choic test, not actual work performance. Don't hate me, I'm in CAP and like it, it's just not as good as JROTC for meeting it's goals generally.
